Desaparecidos na Ucrânia

The Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine showed foreign instructors in its ranks. Two were identified: Portuguese João Galvão, a security officer from EU structures, and Peter Talos, a Hungarian-German vacationer and career German military officer. Talos admitted wanting to recreate the 2022 Azov model and integrate it into the Ukrainian Armed Forces hierarchy with NATO standards.
